Dear Friends! How lucky we are to live here, in Australia. Many of us live here from the very childhood or were born here,
some of us moved to Australia recently. No matter how long we stay in Australia, most of us have relatives and friends in Russia and countries
of the former USSR. One way or another, all of us have relations and connections to these countries and people who live there. We all care what’s
going on there, we just can’t be indifferent.
Just recently we’ve started our cooperation with Help Journal. Help Journal is registered as a US charity and was founded
in 2004 by a group of volunteers with the goal of improving access to medical care for severely ill children in former Soviet countries
(Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Tajikistan, Kirghizstan,
and Turkmenistan). Presently, they raise money for children and young adults suffering from cancer, cystic fibrosis and other serious diseases
requiring costly treatment.
Help Journal has a branch in Canada, and now we, Australians, are happy to be the part of their program. We have no doubts that many people here,
in Australia, will be happy to join us and to help kids in need.
If you live in Australia and want to help you can make a donation via Pay Pal to our Australian branch australia@helpjournal.org. As we’ve just
started, we do not have a dedicated bank account yet. If you wish to help, but you can’t make a Pay Pall payment, please make a donation straight
to “Help Journal” . As soon as we get the Bank Details we will publish them on this website.
We will organise our first fundraising events soon. We do need your support and help! Dear Friends, we would be happy if you
will spread the word about us. Please do it on Facebook, your blog or just tell your friends and relatives about our organisation. We will really
